Hello there everyone!

Yes, I have been as bad about posting as I have been about my eating habits!

I think depression has alot to do with your eating habits. If things are going bad for a person, they tend to just eat...as as soothing factor or something. I know I do that.

If things are going wonderful, I am more energetic and more motivated about things.

I know things will get better. Right now it's just a stumbling block for me with all that is going on in my life. Oh well.

I hope you all have been doing fine. I will try to get better about posting more on this site.

WOW...I haven't posted on this site in a while! I have thought about it but just been to busy.

My "lifestyle" change is doing pretty good. I still tend to pick at food once in a while between meals. I have continued (for over a month now) to stick to the one plate rule (well...except on Easter! lol...and I PAID for it!)

I need to get out walking a little more. I have turned into this homebody and it's so wierd.....I must have worn myself out from running all those years! lol

Hello there.

I have not been doing as well the past few days. Oh I have stayed with the one plate per meal and have done GREAT with that.

I find myself kind of "picking" at things more. I have to quit doing that.

I just find myself REALLY hungry at times.

Hey everyone!

As you can tell, I don't update on this one as much as I do my regular site. I suppose we don't want "weight watching" crammed down our throat (although if it were a donut it would be a different story! lol)

I am doing pretty good. VERY pleased with how my eating habits are going.

I have been really tired. I dont know if it's the time change or the lack of food that I normally would be putting away. I suppose a vitamin would be a good idea for me.

I have been averaging a walk about 3 times a week now. I think that's good. I always feel good after I do the walk...even though my legs HURT when I am doing it! lol

I think I will continue with exactly how I am doing things and then see what my weight is in 4-6 months. If there has not been a dramatic change then I will cut down more and exercise more. I know it will plateau eventually and I will have to start working at it even harder.

I guess the main thing is that I feel good and that's what matters. NO numbers on a scale will make me feel good. 

My goal is NOT a certain weight. My goal is to walk into Wal-Mart (NOT a fat girls store) and be able to buy something off the rack. I would be thrilled to be in a xxlarge. It will be a long while though, I am sure.

I think Easter will be my test. We are cooking on the grill. I think I will take some chicken breasts. I mean...I can eat anything I want, as long as I only have one plate full so it should be ok.

I KNOW that something us up with my body because my ankles aren't NEARLY as swollen as they had been. Last night I noticed my finger with my wedding band on it was kind of hurting. I got to looking at it. My wedding band has made an indention on my finger from nearly 18 years of wear. Well, it's like my finger is not as swollen and my ring was going farther down on my finger and causing a "new indention." This excites me!! lol

OK...enough babbling. I love you guys. Hope you all are doing great. You are my inspiration and I thank you!

I am doing pretty good with things. I ate a little to much last night when we went out to eat, it was only one platea full but it was to much considering what I have been eating. It didn't stick with me to long though! lol Oh well.
